About Us

David Waller grew up in a small ranching and farming community in rural South Dakota knowing the Lord. His mother and father showed him love for the Lord and taught him how much the Lord loves him at a very young age. After finishing High School, David attended a small college in South Dakota where he met his lifelong best friend and love of his live. David and Lora were married and shortly after college they moved to Montana and quickly became involved part time as youth directors. They recently ‘retired’ after over twelve years of providing guidance to the youth of Billings.

Lora Waller grew up in a metropolis in South Dakota, population about 7,500, and ten times the size of David’s home town. Growing up Lora lived a simple life and thanks the Lord every day for all that He has given her. At the age of three she had a kidney removed and has had high blood pressure since she was in Jr. High. Due to Lora’s medical history she was advised not to have children because her remaining kidney may not be able to endure the stress. David and Lora left the decision to the Lord and seven years ago He blessed them with a beautiful, healthy son, Joshua. Lora’s blood pressure and kidney functions maintained well and there have been no side effects. As a matter of fact, they are expecting another child in July.

David started Bible-Tag as a means to reach people and bring them closer to the Lord. Now the Lord is helping him to elevate this unique Christian mission to a much higher plane. Just imagine, a single Bible could bring solace and hope to troubled people throughout the entire world.

About a year ago David and Lora met another Christian couple and became fast friends. Doug and Cathy Downer have the same beliefs and values as the Waller’s and they decided to become partners in this venture. They formed “Seven Corporation” and haven’t looked back since.

Doug Downer was born and raised in Montana. He enjoyed growing up here as his family did a lot of hunting, fishing, boating, camping and hiking. His family was always very involved in his life and in the church. Doug was always surrounded with lots of love from his family and they taught him the love of the Lord. When Doug was 25 years old he was praying to meet a woman who also loved the Lord and God blessed him with Cathy, the love of his life.

Cathy Downer was also born and raised in Montana, but met Doug while she was attending college in Wyoming. Cathy also grew up in a Christian home with a very loving and supportive family. Her immediate family, as well as her extended family, were a big part of her life and had a profound impact on her. Cathy’s grandmother was her greatest influence for Christ, a spiritual mentor and a very dear friend. Cathy’s favorite thing in life is being a wife and a mother for their two young boys, Justin and Seth. “I could not have picked two better boys if God would have let me hand-pick them myself,” said Cathy. She thanks God everyday for lending her those two precious boys and their daddy.
